This Chipotle is always fast. You get just the right amount of meat, rice, and other additions. I've never had any trouble with this particular location. Service was always respectful. Because this is right by a larger shopping center, you really can't come here at noon or rush hour and expect a short line... so I've never been here during a rush and have never seen how quickly they deal with lines.

Burrito from here was really poorly wrapped. Rice, guac, etc spilling everywhere made it borderline inedible. I had to wipe down the outside of the burrito with napkins to be able to hold it without getting my hands all dirty. It is SO SIMPLE to make a good quality burrito and being incompetent at wrapping it basically ruins the experience. Line moved suuuuuper slow too. Avoid this location.

Not much to say here about the food - its the same as all the other Chipotle locations. However today, I felt that the service was a little bit poor. I know not to expect a lot for a fast food place, but geez when I took 2 seconds to decide on my toppings, I felt like the people behind the counter were really kind of irritated with me. And there wasn't even really a line behind me or anything. Food was good as usual, love that medium salsa. Place is clean and looks nice from the outside.

I'm a regular at this particular location. The employees working here have always treated me like gold. So much so that I stop at this location instead of the locations in North Olmstead or Westlake (which are more convenient on my way home from work) because I prefer the service I get at Fairview. No complaints here!

While this Chipotle maintains the usual flavor and quality as the other Chipotle locations I've been to, I've found this particular location to have the absolute worst service of all. Every staff member seems to be completely unfocused and spend more time flirting with each other and goofing off rather than efficiently doing their specific job. I've never gone in and not seen a line go to the door or even out the door, and I don't even bother going to this location anymore. My recommendation to them would be to learn some work ethic and maybe hire some more responsible employees rather than a bunch of kids.

I am a big fan of chipotle and this outlet is close to my place so I head there at the drop of a hat. There is always a big line but the super efficient counter staff deal with the rush quickly. Their fresh fast and simple philosophy takes the edge off decision making. Way to go

It's hard to give a Chipotle a bad review. Food is good, store seems managed well. I give 4 stars and not 5 only because the avacodo serving is supposed to be a scoop, not a scoop that is shaken and tapped down to a size smaller than a serving.

Stopped here on the way to my son's hockey game. This location has more seating than the typical Chipotle. Had great service at this particular location. Joked around a bit with the cashier; and had some quality fast food. I swear, they have some the best tasting grilled chicken. I normally get three chicken tacos, but went with the bowl this time (less messy). It was good. My son had a burrito and he was happy too.

Bear with me on this one. In my list of Chipotle family members, I'd like to think this Chipotle best represents me. On the Asian parents' wishlist of acceptable traits in their children, I am i) gainfully employed in an approved industry, ii) not a spinster, and iii) still speaking to them without any weird residual Tiger Mom resentments. However, I am NOT i) an Ivy League graduate, ii) holding a degree higher than a bachelor's, or iii) with children. So I guess I am right there on the slightly above average thank GOD you weren't just a liberal arts major but really, when are you going back to school and/or getting pregnant track, which happens to be exactly the same track this Chipotle is on, if going back to school and/or getting pregnant equaled pretty clean and fresh ingredients. Which it does.
